Very Rare Old Vintage Antique Estate Sterling Silver Thimble From Peru

Vintage Antique Estate rare thimble from Peru.
This is from an estate of a thimble collector active before the 1980s who labeled many pieces with the location of purchase. Could use some additional cleaning, I cleaned enough to see the c shaped pattern embossed onto the thimble.
The silver on this thimble is very thin, lightweight unlike american or English thimbles.
