    Tips for Handling Blank ID Cards
    Use caution when handling blank ID cards. Dust, debris, and oils from your skin can attach to the cards and damage the printhead. Follow these five simple steps when handling your blank ID badges to prevent damage:
    Store your cards in a clean, covered container in a cool environment
    Wash your hands before loading cards into your printer
    If a cards drops on the floor, throw it away even if it appears to be clean
    Fan you blank ID cards before loading the card hopper (fanning reduces static and helps prevent the cards from sticking)
    Avoid unnecessary handling of the cards. If you have to hold the cards, hold them at the edge without touching the card surface.
