FIRST & SECOND CLASS INSIGNIA
Girl Scout Patches from 1928-1979
Here are most of the variations of the First and Second class insignia patches issued by GSUSA from 1928 to 1979 when those designations were completed retired and replaced with the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards.  These patches are divided by NEW and Used.  "Used" usually means that there are sewing marks around the edge OR sewing holes that show only when held to the light.  Anything additional will be noted on the particular item.

Please Note:
Patches listed as NEW are new based on the way it was made, so those that are very old may not meet your expectation.  There will not be any sewing holes or marks on patches marked as New
Patches that are marked USED, will have a flaw that is noticeable from the front, usually sewing marks around the edge or sewing holes.
