Cloud 9 North Shore Motor Hotel Swizzle Stick Stirrer Idaho? Pink plastic. Could be cleaned.  Nice condition.  Measure 6 inches. Most of the swizzle sticks with detailed ends like this are Military or overseas Bases.  But I do see a matchbook like this listed for being a Hotel in Idaho. Great for a collection, hard to find.
